In February of 2023, The Second Story Foundation secured a 3-bedroom home in Orland Hills, Illinois. Our three new members are in transition from a long-term recovery program into independent living. The Second Story Foundation helps our members gain entry to the home rental market in a safe stable house where they’ll have the community support they’ll need to continue their journey in sobriety. Counselling, Case Management and Financial Planning are all available to our members free of charge. Each member enters our intentional community with at least one-year sober, a good job, and his name on a new lease. The support The Second Story Foundation offers greatly increases each members odds of continued success.
